FFootloose YBThe location is about 400m from Qingniandajie metro station. From this station, one metro line goes directly to Shenyang Railway Station, another metro line goes directly to the airport. While there are convenience stores and cafes in the vicinity, there aren't any restaurants except a handful in the not-well-patronised shopping mall about 500m away, close to the metro station. The hotel is on a quiet side street, so very little traffic noise.
Check-in was efficient. The room was of a reasonable size with good lighting, several power points and a comfortable bed. There was also a mini fridge, but no desk. There was a sort of coffee table, but it was a bit too low to use as a desk and it was also shaky. The air conditioner needed maintenance, unable to deliver the cooling power expected of it. Fortunately, the daily temperatures were lovely, and I preferred to keep the window open.
The bathroom was of a reasonable size too. The toilet is the japanese type with a bidet function, controlled by a remote control device. Hot water came through quite quickly, water pressure was good and drainage good.
Almost all items at breakfast were Chinese dishes, though there was some sliced bread, butter and jam. Salad was available as was a small selection of fruits and cream cakes. There was yogurt. No ham, no cheese, no bacon. Fried eggs available, but not made to order. However, the Chinese dishes were good and changed daily; frankly there was no need to rely on western dishes.

AAmanda H.J. WuThe hotel room big & clean. The location is only about 5 to 8 minutes by car. The hotel offer free shuttle service to send us to the airport. The only weak point is the hotel nearby do not have any restaurants. Need to walk about 15 minutes to the small eatery shop which we did not eat dinner there. In the end, we walk back to the hotel & ask the hotel staff to order food delivery for us. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended if u are taking an early flight & need to reach the shenyang airport early. This is a good one to stay.

AAnonymer BenutzerBefore I came to Northeast China for the first time, I had heard that the service industry in Northeast China was poor, but in fact my experience was very good, especially the Conrad Hotel in Shenyang was one of the best places I had experienced during my trip to Northeast China. All the female employees are nice, and all the male employees are okay, except for one rude, unprofessional, immoral, and ridiculous male employee. He shouted at me when I arrived. I don't know if he is a concierge or a security guard. I hope this will not continue to exist in the hotel and then everything will be perfect.

LLyn888Ich ging nach Shenyang für ein persönliches Geschäft. Ich buchte dieses Hotel, weil es in der Nähe des Ortes, den ich gehen muss. Erschwingliche und gute Einrichtungen. Es gibt Wasserflaschen im Halle für Komfort. Das Frühstück ist ok für seinen Preis. Das Personal ist hilfreich, auch wenn wir übersetzer Apps verwenden mussten. Ich habe trip.com Belohnungen, so dass wir spät überprüfen können, was ein Plus ist, wie wir müde waren und wir können vor unserer Rückreise ausruhen. Das einzige, was ich nicht mag, ist, dass der Air-Con zu laut ist in der Nacht, was zu schlechten Schlafen beigetragen hat. Es ist gut für den Preis.

MMogumoguxiaoxiaoDie geografische Lage ist sehr gut, direkt auf der Mittelstraße, sehr nahe dem Liuyang-Musterhaus, kann man zu Fuß gehen.
Das ist, dass das Zimmer wirklich super schmeckt, es fühlt sich gerade dekoriert und fühlt sich sehr unbehaglich an.
Es gibt nicht viele Frühstücksarten, aber es gibt einen gekennzeichneten Teig mit einem gemütlichen Hühnerschrank und der Geschmack ist sehr gut!
Es gibt einen Balkon im fünften Stock, der die Nachtkarte anschaut.

AAnonymer BenutzerFirst of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line.
However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af.
The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom.
Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.

Room's big, quiet, and comfortable with city skyline (and palatial grounds) view and comes with expected amenities and features. (The big screen TV has many selections, even CGTN English news and documentary channels^) Staff: Fantastic and motivated, all working as efficiently as possible, given constraints posed by the constantly heavy customer traffic and turnover rate, and eager to accommodate customers' needs. But, just remember that this is an ageing, busy, hotel attracting a lot of customers (of various educational levels and manners) at the heart of the most popular tourist center, not a luxury resort that comes with commensurate premium in price.
